The overall friendliness, clean and lovely food.
It was'nt ensuite, however, this was only a minor problem as the bathroom is spacious and gorgeous.

The location was great for Sandhurst, really close to local stores and Camberley mall, nature, and the railway station. Plus, the hotel was situated around 10-15 minutes walk from a performing arts theater.

Very good family run hotel, its a pity the rooms were being redecorated but enjoyed the stay

This is a B&B and not a hotel, so the above classifications are not relevant. Its a lovely old house that has been refitted to have guest rooms. The history, architecture of the house is amazing and definately worth while asking the landlady to see the kitchen with the original flagstones dating back to around 1890.
The garden needs to be done. Talking to the owners, they said that they've not done the outside yet but will be. Its a shame as there is a lovely garden but you couldnt sit outside and enjoy the sunshine especially as I was there during one of the warmest weekends in April so far.

The food at Heatherbank B&B was fantastic with plenty of options to choose from. The location was great, as it was conveniently situated near communal areas, a local pub for food, and the nearby stores. We also found it to be at a medium distance from High Cross Church.

Comfortable and clean room, excellent host, superb breakfast. Bed in Cherub Room a bit too soft for my liking, but that's my personal preference due to back problems. Grateful for owner mailing back forgotten item. a wonderful place to stay, will definitely return.
